Did you know that being a citizen of the USA makes you the private sector. Does not matter who you work for!! Did you know that gives you rights that started with the Declaration of Independence. First things First – those words are.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,

I have a very narrow bandwidth for this discussion. It is that Literacy Is Freedom. We have citizens who “never got the code” because of Lincoln’s assassination 150 years ago and the whole nation is suffering for it now because it is trying to put things of less importance in front of Literacy Is Freedom.

In the heading of this page, I point out that everyone is part of the private sector of our economy. Even the President is part of it when he cashes his check. Many in the economy work in groups that are organized within the public sector and by affiliation take on the premise that they are the public sector but when they cash the checks for earned income they are doing so in the private sector to provide a private life. Keeping it simple the private sector GPD is Gross Domestic Product before the accounting for the public sector like taxes.

There is one structure of one institution “the right of the private sector to do monetary policy for the benefit of the private sector” that has never been given up and over to the government. It has hidden itself all these years in regulation and cushion so that along with prosperity of most of we the people it has not mattered. WELL IT HAS BECOME TO MATTER – THAT LITERACY IS FREEDOM going all the way back to 1776. It is a right and clear road to prosperity and opportunity not created for urban mom during the ages 0-6 by the public sector. The public sector is ill suited to do this because it is a one-on-one process of giving the gift “giving the code” right the first time. When that does not happen the second shot at literacy is now taken by the public sector (not age 0-6) with more limited outcome goals.

It just so happens, God’s Providence, that the goal is still within the reach of the private sector’s proxy — Federal Reserve Banks and their Structure of Monetary Policy. Annual it will take the private sector 20 billion dollars per year for 20 years, spread over 30 years to put literacy (real ready to read according to best practice) for the first time in an above the law position for 100% of our citizens before the age of kindergarten. That amount smacks of a public sector expense due to its size but it is 5-6 times smaller than what the Private Federal Reserve Banks already give back to the public sector treasury annually. Growth after the last deep recession never reached urban mom who desperately needs a new private sector education and economic deal for her youngest age 0-6 children.
• Going all the way back – this freedom is now a certain unalienable right.
• Going back to the civil war this freedom would have been installed by Lincoln had he not been assassinated.
• Going back to 1965, if the right was not seen as a political favor to a class of humans we would already have Literacy is Freedom with all of its continuous improvement warts that we humans can create.

Make no mistake, The FED already has the power to do monetary policy from the private sector and has more money than god to do it with. There would not be a soul in heaven or earth that would challenge them to do what is right and redefine Literacy is Freedom as part of the original freedom we as citizens claim as part of our certain unalienable rights.

The point is the grassroots are not taking care of their most at risk, we now are counting on the public sector to do it for them. If the rights are unalienable under our Creator God it is the private sector who needs to deliver them before the age of 6, not the government.

This is real private sector money and the Fed is afraid to share it under the law. They would rather say it is not theirs, and Bernanke writes a book about courage. Go Figure.

Compare his courage to that of Lincoln who used the we the people money (the ultimate private sector) and 650,000 dead soldiers to keep the Freedom Opportunity alive long enough to get it to the next step. 4,000,000 freed slaves and 650,000 dead. Or Rev. Martin Luther King who knew Literacy Is Freedom and there was no reason to throw out the baby with the bath water, having ACHIEVED SO MUCH IN PEACE.
